How do I make a reservation?

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive an email with instructions on your reservation instantly after you make your reservation. Your reservation can either be instantly confirmed or may require approval from us. If the reservation requires approval, you will receive a phone call within 24 hours to confirm the reservation.


Why is my credit card information required to make a reservation?

A hold for the table deposit amount is made against your credit card in order to reserve a table; if you fail to show to your reservation (and fail to cancel the reservation by 6pm the day of the event), we have the right to capture a "no-show" fee. Please refer to the Reservation Policy for more details.


What happens if I don't show up to a reservation?

We have the right to capture a portion or up to the full pre-authorized amount. Please refer to the Reservation Policy for more details.


Do all reservations require a credit card pre-authorization?

No, promoters and nightclub staff can skip the credit card process at our discretion.


Is any credit card information actually stored by HookUpVIP (Party 'Til The AM) or the nightclub?

No, credit card information is not stored; the transaction is encrypted and processed by our partners at PayPal and Moneris. We do not hold any actual credit card information.


How do I cancel my reservation?

You will receive an email with instructions on your reservation instantly after you make your reservation. In this email, you have the ability to cancel your reservation up until 6pm the day of the event.
